Where service agreements are in place, programmed maintenance is carried out on site to suit the customer's production schedules. All of the service centres are well aware of the urgency of dealing with breakdowns of plant and will quickly re-organise work plans to meet emergency situations.
Where the equipment cannot be repaired in situ, Excel Compressors has the service facilities to effect repairs in well-equipped workshops. The equipment can be quickly restored to working efficiency by workshop personnel skilled in overhaul & refurbishment techniques and schedules, and returned to site. Under these circumstances and if needed by the customer, Excel Compressors will install a hire machine so that production downtime is minimised.
Excel Compressors fit genuine manufacturer's service parts and the maintenance work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and schedules taking into account current legislation, ISO 9002 standards and safety procedures.
We offer and recommend the extended warranty plans put into place by the compressor manufacturers.
