The standard BOGE DAU Series of Heatless Adsorption Dryers achieve a Pressure Dew Point of -40oC but can be configured to reach -70oC. Such dew points Eliminate the Risk of Downstream Condensate especially in the case of an external airline. These dryers Do Not Contain any CFCs and are therefore Neither Ozone Depleting nor have any impact on the environment. The generously dimensioned inlet and outlet valves ensure a Lower Pressure Differential across the dryer. Energy Savings are therefore possible due to a Tighter Operating Pressure Band.
The DAC/DACZ Series of Heatless Adsorption Dryers from BOGE provide the ideal solution for compressed air Pressure Dew Points below +3oC. These dryers can reach dew points of -70oC (standard -40oC). The Twin Tower system additionally allows Regeneration Simultaneously with the Adsorption Eliminating the need for any External Power supply.
The DAZ Series additionally comes with Microprocessor Control. This Enables Energy Efficient Control of the Adsorption Dryer
The DACZ Series is also equipped with an Activated Carbon Adsorber to ensure a Residual Oil Content of Only 0.003 mg/m3 for the Highest Quality Compressed Air.
Also available from BOGE is the DAV Series of Heat Regenerated Adsorption Dryers. These are ideally suited for Higher Outputs and Pressure Dew Points up to -70oC (standard 25oC or -40oC). Ambient Air is taken and Heated Under Vacuum to Regenerate the Desiccant. This process enables Efficient Compressed Air Drying resulting in Energy Savings of up to 25% in comparison with traditional systems.
