The package contains the following Major Components:
- Airend; Manufactured by GHH-Rand in Germany, this High Capacity, Lubricated, Rotary Screw unit has rotors that are mounted on Roller and Ball Bearings which accommodate the Radial Loads and Axial Thrusts. Air compression is achieved in a Single-Stage of compression.
- S1 Class F Motor; with Forced Ventilation, to guarantee Maximum Reliability in the harshest of working conditions. This component plays a significant part in reliability and overall efficiency.
- Power Transmission System; the Electric Motor drives the compressor by means of a Flat Multi Grooved Belt System. This ensures that perfect screw compressor / motor alignment can be achieved. This leads to Quiet Operation, Lasting Reliability and High Drive Performance ensuring that efficiency is maintained.
- Multifunctional Coolant Separator and Oil Filter System; a Three-Stage Coolant Separation System ensures a maximum coolant ‘carry-over’ of only 3 – 5 ppm.
- Control System; the Bulldog Control System comprises all the necessary components to ensure that the machine operates when required and is also protected against malfunction.
- Space Saving Packages; the Bulldog Range of Rotary Screw Air Compressors are available Receiver Mounted and with Integral Compressed Air Dryers to provide the highest quality compressed air. When coupled to High Efficiency Compressed Air Filters, compressed air can be provided for the most demanding of Compressed Air Applications.
