The Zephyr range is the amalgamation of over twenty five years of experience and research into air compressors in the dental, medical and scientific industries.
It features a reciprocating piston compressor that is fitted with self lubricating piston rings and “sealed for life” main bearings. This ensures oil-less air for all those delicate air requirements.
The range includes;
- Zephyr One for a Single Chair Surgery. This model is particularly suitable where relatively small amounts of oil free air are required. Zephyr One produces 0.75 HP/0.55kW electric motor and produces 2.3 CFM. Options include; the standard unit mounted on a 24 litre air receiver, the inclusion of a desiccant dryer added to the standard package, a silenced model complete with a 24 litre air receiver and a silenced model complete with a desiccant dryer added.
- Zephyr Three, for a Two or Three Chair Surgery produces 5.3 CFM with a 2.0HP/1.5kW electric motor. There are six models available including the Standard unit mounted on a 50 litre air receiver, a silenced model complete with a desiccant dryer added and a standard model enclosed in a soundproofed cabinet.
- Zephyr Four is suitable for a Three or Four Chair Surgery and produces 6.6 CFM with a 2.5HP/1.8kW electric motor. Models available include the; Standard unit mounted on a 50 litre air receiver, a silenced model complete with a 50 litre air receiver and a dry model enclosed in a soundproofed cabinet.
- Zephyr Six, for a Four or Five Chair Surgery, produces 13.5 CFM using two 2.5HP/1.8kW electric motors. The standard unit is mounted on a 100 litre air receiver. Other options include a silenced model complete with a 100 litre air receiver and both of these versions including a desiccant dryer.
